Our second time here because we know it will be good food, efficiency service and a reasonable price. Burrito, enchiladas and the Cadillac combo were on the menu, and everyone at our table enjoyed what they had.

A Must-Visit for Margaritas & Mexican Fare! In honor of National Margarita Day, we chose to celebrate at Cadillac Mexican Grill inside the fantastic Golden Nugget--and what a great choice it was! From the moment we walked in, we were seated right away and welcomed into a tastefully decorated, lively atmosphere. The energy was just right--festive but comfortable, making it the perfect spot for a fun night out. Our server, Tasha, was amazing--friendly, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. She guided us in the right direction when ordering for our large group, ensuring everyone got something they'd love. The Cadillac margarita pitchers were the way to go--delicious, refreshing, and a much better value than individual glasses. To start, we indulged in the Cadillac Trio of dips with chips--a fantastic way to kick off the meal. The real star, though, was the Cadillac Burrito--absolutely flavorful and generously portioned. The kitchen was kind enough to split it for us, making it easy to enjoy without overloading our plates. Overall, Cadillac Mexican Grill delivered on all fronts--great service, fantastic food, and top-notch margaritas. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just craving quality Mexican cuisine, this spot is a winner. Highly recommend!
AMAZING!!!! I have a food allergy and they took care of me without compromising quality. Honestly I don't know if it could have been better. Delicious. And Ricardo was soooooo awesome. He went out of his way to be sure we were taken care of. Even during Super Bowl. Go eagles. The other bartender was great too. Don't know her name but I like her shoes. This place was great.
If you want your toast of Mexican food in Vegas this is a place to stop bye. They are extremely busy. We sat at the bar and ate. I ordered the carnitas. They were okay. I wish the skillet they came out in didnt over cook them. Which was a bummer. Over all it was good. I also ordered the perfect margarita. It was a little too tart for me but was a great start to a night on Fremont street.
Great happy hour prices on margaritas and appetizers! Though it is a little loud it was tasty and we enjoyed all of our food and drinks. Service was a bit slow getting things but they were busy too.
So close to getting 5 stars. The Cadillac combo was delicious . For something as simple as a ground beef taco, quesadilla, and cheese enchilada, it all was tasty. Waitress was nice..and cute lol. The reason for the star removal was that the ice water taste bad which forced me to buy a $5 coke. Also the chips and salsa would cost additional $6 . Should come complementary with the built in price of the meals and alcohol they sell. It's the cheapest thing they could give away. All in all, of your hungry, order some food, I can only vouch for what I ate, but I'll try something different with confidence in the future
Lots of great dishes to choose from here. Seating was prompt and our server put the game on that we requested. Definitely has a stand alone vibe even though it's inside a casino resort. Cleaned our plates. Will come back for sure.
